Serving modern European cuisine with Asian flair, Skillet at 163 has two dining concepts: day and night. During the daytime, tuck into comfort food such as breads and pasta. At night, the menu gets an upgrade with creative appetisers, mains, desserts and wine without the snooty fine dining rules.
