Ko Olina is a hotel resort area with 4 lagoons that are accessible to the public for swim. The lagoon beaches are protected from high surf, so families with small children can swim there safely. Access: Ko Olina Lagoon 4 (Ulua lagoon) has public parking behind it.

Beautiful large property with multiple resorts on it. Spend the day here without paying $400+ a night to stay.
