These trails through the redwoods are stunning, and so close you can get the cabin wi-fi from certain parts! $6 parking fee goes to sustain the parks.

You cannot get a better Redwood Forest than this without traveling hours away. In fact, this is the best, if you like unadorned trails and no one else on the trails. Susan lived on the edge of this park and it is spectacular. The deep, damp, woodsy smell can't be bottled. It's a chance to visit primordial space during your RWC visit. Plus it's Free. *DIRECTIONS* Drive west on Woodside Rd and turn left once you are through LaHonda. Stay to the right and look for the sign on the right after the hairpin turn.
