This place is magical. A scenic 25 minute drive from the cabin, spend the day hiking and even see some wild ponies.

This park is in Virginia and a bit of a drive, but it’s worth it. Lots of great trails, hiking and sightseeing. And also, WILD ponies.

Grayson Highlands State Park - Most known for its Wild Ponies this park also has hiking, biking, fishing, waterfalls, cross country skiing and of course horseback riding.
