ripping Springs Access is just a short ways above the Hwy 110 bridge at Pangburn which is 24 miles below Greers Ferry Dam. Upstream lies Horseshoe Bend and Rainbow Island. This access is located on the Little Red River and has great trout fishing. Quote from flyflinger.com
