Libby Shoals Access is about fifteen-and-a-half miles below Greers Ferry dam and a mile-and-a-half above Lobo Access. It is right off Hwy. 337 near Libby Bluff. This area has changed quite a bit from the floods in 2008 and 2011. Areas through here which used to be navigable at low water may not be due to gravel deposits which have rearranged the channel.
