Cow Shoals Access is about five miles below Greers Ferry Dam. From Hwys. 5/25, turn east on Hwy 110. Go about three-quarters-of-a-mile and veer left on State Hwy. 110. The road eventually turns into Cow Shoals Rd. The access is on the left hand side just before a 90 degree turn to the right. It is a walk-in area and special seasonal regulations apply. From October 1 thru December 31, it is a catch and release area. Parking is sometimes crowded and limited. At low water, the river is skinny and non-navigable. Quote from Flyflinger.com
