Located at the intersection between Jalan Mahsuri and Jalan Sultan Azlan Shah, the stall without any signage or banner selling under the trees. It has been very popular in the neighborhood for their Char Koay Teow Basah until 5am in the morning.

Distance 3.5km; ETA 10-15min. Opens at 8:30 pm to 5:00 am (Closed on Monday). As per title, the stall got its own name from where it is located…. 😊 Yeah, you are right…its beside a drain. This is a wet version of Penang Char Koey Teow with rice noodle drenched with thick prawn broth. It is a must try product of Penang!!!
