Nearest 24 hour pharmacy that accepts most insurance and convenience store. If you are paying cash go to a private pharmacy instead!! CVS overcharges cash payers and family pharmacies can work with you on the cost.!! ( I used to work for a pharmacy and I had to compare costs at one point).
