This is the most centrally located neighborhood with the best food, most diverse people, and understated outdoor life! Tons of people are biking the historic Esplanade Avenue, walking to City Park, canoeing down Bayou St. John. Everything you need is in Mid City! Plus, it’s just a short bike to the…

North of the noise and saturated color of the Quarter is a New Orleans neighborhood that’s perfected the art of living. “Welcome to Mid-City,” read the signs on the neutral ground. And that’s truth in advertising. It’s the kind of place where your auto mechanic invites you to a crawfish boil and a…

The cemeteries for you to book a tour are located here in mid-city, but there are also a few great restaurants stuck in there too. Katie’s, Mandina’s and Venizia, just to name a few of my personal favorites. Are you starting to get an idea that I like to eat?

“If your searching for creativity, color, culture and good vibes head on over to the bywater! Just past the Marigny. Once you see the train tracks you'll know when you cross them that you are now in the Bywater! The bywater is a hip and favorable scene. It is known for its local artists and colorful homes, large murals, and eclectic feel. The bohemian neighborhood is similar to the marigny but more quirky. Lots of outdoor cafes, boisterous dive bars and hip restaurants! Breath taking views of the Mississippi River and City can be seen from the Crescent Park. ”

“Hit up the clubs on and around Frenchmen street in the Marigny for the best music in New Orleans (jazz, gypsy jazz, brass bands, blues and more). Be sure to stop in at DBA, Blue Nile, and Spotted Cat. And if you get hungry, Thirteen or Dat Dog for a late night snack.”

“The cutest restaurant. The food is delicious and so nostalgic. Just a fun experience all together. The lime pina colada is insane!”
