Centrally located in the heart of downtown Annapolis, Dock Street is well known for its crab cakes, extensive beer and cocktail selection, and a distinctive brand of hospitality fostered by a friendly, tight-knit staff. As owner Mike Wroten says, “Beer tastes the same everywhere, the difference is the vibe you create”. Dock Street has long been a “home away from home” for the local midshipmen, former and current, and especially the Navy football team. You can find the phrase, “proud to serve those who serve” and Navy jerseys hanging proudly throughout the bar.

Dock Street Bar is a fantastic place to catch a game on TV and hang out with friends. They also have THE BEST crab cakes in Annapolis (ya, it is unexpected for us too). At night (after 1000pm) Dock Street Bar turns into a lively night club. Annapolis has no shortage of bars/clubs, but many of them are overrun with college-age students. Dock Street Bar is where the locals go.
