Closest convenience store, but not the most upstanding demographic. Never had any issues here.

24-hour convenience store, walking distance in a safe suburban neighborhood. Sells normal items available in US convenience stores. Coffee (or covfefe), milk, eggs, bread, snacks, cigarettes, ice. And if you're like Encino Man, they do have Slurpees, but I do not recommend weezin' the ju-u-uice.
