This coffee spot "makes delicious house made espresso drinks, single origin chocolate drinks and fresh churros day and night." I can attest - you won't be disappointed. Also check out Little Waves Coffee Roastery, which is attached.

With its three hopping Durham locations, each with their own discrete theme, you’d think Cocoa Cinnamon had cornered the market on coffee culture around these parts. They haven’t, there are still plenty of other coffee spots to choose from, but I just so happen to like Cocoa Cinnamon best. The one closest to us is the Chapel Hill Road location. Lots of space to spread out with your work over warm churros, made to order!

They serve the best coffees & real Mexican hot chocolates and the best churros I have ever had. The atmosphere is laid back and comfortable.
