Like all vietnamese restaurants, the atmosphere is not the best, but hands down, it is my favorite place for Pho in the twin cities! The other restaurant inside is also called Caravelle and they serve amazing authentic Vietnamese dishes like fried angel fish with garlic fish sauce.
