A beautiful large park with a zoo. A great free thing to do in our city. If you’re here in the Spring you might be lucky enough to see the cherry blossoms.

High Park offers many popular attractions and activities for visitors to enjoy. Some of the many options to explore include the Children’s Garden, the seasonal Trackless Train ride, beautiful hillside gardens and historic Colborne Lodge.The zoo inside High Park in Toronto is located on Deer Pen Road and is accessible via the Parkside Road entrance. There is plenty of parking just in front of the zoo's entrance. The zoo is open all year long from 7 am till dusk. There are 6 or 7 enclosed areas on either side of Deer Pen road where the animals of the zoo live. You can find bison, deer, llamas, peacocks, highland cattle, etc. in the zoo.
