Free boat that transports people between locust point (under armour headquarter), federal hill (near Rusty Scupper), fells point, and canton (near canton water park). Only run in specific time frame, Mon-Fri.

The Harbor Connector has a stop right down the street at the Rusty Scupper. During the week the Harbor Connector is FREE and runs every 15 minutes. This is an amazing view and you can't beat the price. This drops you off at Harbor East where you'll find retail shops like Anthropologie, J. Crew and Under Armour and Whole Foods.
