Coco and Karl, the owners of Clearwater Canyon Cellars, are University of Idaho graduates, and Coco earned her PhD in viticulture from Washington State University... the wine produced here is to die for! If you happen to be in the LC valley, I highly recommend stopping by for a tasting. Check their website for tasting hours before making the drive... and be sure to stop at any of the lookouts as you drive down the grade, to take in the gorgeous view.
