Approximate Length: 24 miles. The German Ridge Hiking Trail is an additional 1.9 miles. Type: Hiking, horse riding, and mountain biking. Special Features: Sandstone rock outcrops and rolling hills of hardwood forests. The Lake Trail has stone steps and winds through rock outcrops and a historic picnic area. Interpretive signs describe the life of the early German settlers.
