One of the best places to go hiking near Sooke is at the Sea to Sea Regional Park. An extensive selection of hiking and mountain biking trails weave their way through towering trees, while burbling brooks splash nearby.

All the favorite local bike trails leave from here. As well as hiking to Manual Quimper peak and more.

The Sea to Sea is the second largest of the regional parks. This Regional Wilderness Area encompasses almost 4,000 hectares. The park offers outstanding outdoor wilderness recreation that allows park visitors to remain in close touch with the natural environment. This parkland is part of the Sea to Sea Green Blue Belt, a corridor of protected green space linking Saanich Inlet in the east to Juan de Fuca Strait in the west. Directions: Follow Hwy 14 toward Victoria - turn Left onto Harbourview Road (from A Little Something to the turn off for Harbourview Rd it is 8 km/11 mins). Harbourview Rd becomes Sooke Mountain Park Road
