The nearest Metro station and also a central stop for many busses, including the airport bus.

Metro to City Centre! Ruoholahti is the way if you want to go explore city centre! Vuosaari or Mellunmäki if you want to go Itäkeskus shoppingcentre(Itis).

You can get a metro to the city center or go east-wards. There is also a stop for trams and bus. Search online for "reittiopas" to find public transport connections and more info. From other guests: Some guests recommend buying a 4 day card, with 2 zones so you could go even to Nuuksio park.

Sörnäinen (also known as Kallio) is a perfect spot for a pub crawl. Let me warn you though: it's the opposite of fancy. Popular among students, locals and "professional" drinkers. Cheaper than centre.
