They have a huge selection of board games and playing cards, taking you back to the good ol' days. They have some fun snacks, sandwiches, and beer and wine.

I LOVE this place. They have beer, cider and wine. They have over 600 board games. They have amazing snack food (my favorite is a BLT with some kind of spicy jalapeño sauce). And they’re right downtown and walkable to so many other places.

Wondering what to do on a rainy day in Asheville? Try out Well Played. They have 600+ board games to choose from in a cafe setting. It's $5/person to play all day. A Game Master will hang out by the wall of games. You can describe what kind a game you want to play (strategy, cooperative, social, just for fun, etc), then they will help you pick out a game to suit your tastes. The Game Master will even come over to your table and go over the rules so you don't have to slog through them yourself. The crowd is very diverse. There will be loads of adults of all ages sitting around with friends, and families are frequent fliers too.
