Neo Sujin 崇仁新町 (Sujin Shinmachi) is mostly a temporary restaurant, or a district market of 18 stall restaurants (yatai mura 屋台村), with a very popular ambiance, and a big terrace, like a Japanese beer garden. It is recommended for street food and beers. The even have a kimono rental. The market opens from 11 am to 11 pm.
