Monkey Island can be reached by foot at low tide, and offers good views of the beach and distant mountains.

Even if you're not camping - this is a great beach to visit. Sorry there's no actual monkeys - but if the tide is out you can walk over the lookout atop a small hill - or just stroll along the gorgeous sandy beach!
