Located on Historic C-Street, this unique Peruvian find is a must! Just 10-minutes away, it is perfect for people who are Gluten-free, but you would never know thats. It’s not the kind of place that subs things out. Rather, it is a type of cuisine that largely doesn’t include flour. They also have outdoor dining during nice weather.

This charming Restaurant is located in the Commercial Street Historical District in Springfield, MO. Yeah I know.. Its not Ava, but it is absolute worth mentioning and worth the day trip! Authentic Peruvian food with a Romantic Atmosphere. Voted best Restaurant and Date Night place. They've even had celebrities come by for Dinner. It really is the best. My personal favorite!
