Long Island Rail Road Station (Montauk line)- take it all the way west, you end up in NYC... take it all the way east, you end up in Montauk Point...

Train to NYC option #2. This station is a little further than the Medford train station but has more options for departure/arrival times. For tickets, download the MTA eTix app. You may need to make 1 transfer to get into Manhattan using this station (Usually at Babylon)
