They make the most delicious, handcrafted beer in the region. Look for barrel aged sours, plumpy ipa's and a host of other single use beers.

A smaller brewery that exclusively focuses on “slow beer” – beers that they brew elsewhere but then barrel age for anywhere from a few months to a few years. Like unique and different beers? Come here and pick up a few bottles to take home.
