Mount Baldy is a sand dune located in Indiana Dunes National Park. It is on the southern shore of Lake Michigan and is 126 feet tall. It's about a 30 minute drive from the cottage. You can have a nice little hike towards the beach, enjoying a very peculiar scenery!

The closest of the large sand dunes still in existence. Enjoy the view and watch for park rangers to provide guided tours of the protected dune-scape.
