Not really dining, but for take-out sushi, the local favorite is “You Make The Roll”, aka Hayashi’s, a little hard to find hole-in-the-wall. It's a bit of a time commitment, as there's always a line and they don't take phone orders. Our favorites are Ninja Star, Big Island Roll, and Spicy Tuna. Or you can customize.
