Mr. Ed’s Bakery offers delicious breads and baked goods and equally delicious preserves, such as the very popular lilikoi (passion fruit) flavors (their selection of other fruit flavors takes up a whole wall). You can also grab coffee or a quick breakfast! Former school teachers Dean and June Edmoundsun opened the business in 2000 at the site of the historic Ishigo Store & Bakery.

They open shop each morning and unleash the scent of homemade breads, pastries and cookies. But the star attraction has become the hundreds of varieties of mouth watering jams, jellies, sauces, butters, chutneys, mustards and marmalades – made from scratch from Island fruits, peppers, and spices.
