I know Chianti it is famous for red wines, but sometimes you need bubbles and if you are looking for an amazing champagne list, take a stop in Enoteca Baldi in Panzano. Friendly staff, amazing champagne growers in the list, simple nice food. May the best winelist of the entire area...
