On the outside it looks like one of the many fabulous bathing establishments in Versilia, but the inside hides an excellent gourmet restaurant in a context between the opulent and the fabulous. The cuisine does not betray this Tyrrhenian landscape: mainly fish, it satisfies the palates with proposals of the classic vaults, which focus on the highest quality fish without getting lost in artificial technicalities, only often more creative (such as the final nitrogen mint and the fake olive with liquid ice!). At midday the Il Corallo restaurant provides seafront service; reservations are required for gourmet dining.
