Great place to see a local play or have a gin tonic. . One block away. cool and full of locals.

It is a place to see independent theater and there are also two bars.

They have different independent plays all the time... All of then far far away from a big comercial broadway production. A place with lots of talent and a great cafe/bar to have a drink before a play
