Tacos, Burritos, Salads, Platos, all fresh, made from scratch! The set up is similar to Chipotle Mexican Grill, and the food is really good. You chose what you want and the cook makes it right then and there in front of you. The restaurant is in the back left corner of the parking lot. A couple of miles away in Blue Jay.

1.3 miles from Summit Cabin. They serve fast and delicious Mexican Food. They have a "Chipotle style" of ordering and they are great for to-go orders.
