Another gem located outside of The County but worth the trip if you are staying for a few days. You are allowed to walk around the farm site and see the Water buffalo in their habitat. If you are a foodie you will enjoy the opportunity to purchase a w.b. steak or maybe a w.b salami. Our grandson like the w.b. ice cream. In Europe it is considered the best milk for certain cheeses, i.e. mozzarella and feta.

Amazing Buffalo Ice Cream! This family farm is very involved in the local community and food fair such as the Incredible Edibles Festival and of course the Water Buffalo Festival! They also offer guided tours of the farm - book 24 hours ahead. I haven’t been on that but it sounds like fun, especially for kids. Store is called the Buff Stuff!

Arrange a tour to visit with the baby water buffalos! (they snort like piglets, so cute!) And enjoy some gelato, or take home specialty water buffalo meats, cheeses, soaps + more products!

Buffalo milk and cheeses highly recommended. FYI: Buffalo meat is difficult to cook

Great opportunity to try local Grass fed buffalo. Mozzarella, steaks, jerky, gelato and much more. Enjoy a tour of the farm.
