Go have a great meal at Salon Restaurant in the Hotel Indigo. Chef Nicolas Philip has built a great space and a very innovative but authentic Balinese menu. My good chef friend from Singapore (Salted and Hung) did a joint meal recently and he loved the place too. One of our faves for a nice night out.
