Food truck with the best BBQ in town! Located at the main intersection of Hwy 56 & Hwy 70 in Smithville in the Mapco parking lot. Get there early because he sells out quickly.

Our local fireman's bbq was so good, he started a food truck. Look for it in the Mapco parking lot at the corner of Hwy 56 and Hwy 70 (main red light in town). Be sure to try the ribs if he hasn't sold out.
