Oldest movie theatre in Calgary that underwent a fantastic facelift and reopened in 2022. It's a fully licensed venue now, so you can grab a drink and a snack to enjoy with your film, or forego the film and just enjoy the vintage pink cafe, speakeasy-style cocktail bar the Sidebar, and and the patio. Has an Airstream kitchen parked outside which at weekends features a roster of local chefs serving hot food that you can take into the auditorium if you like. www.theplaza.ca
