Deer Park is very close to High Cape Two and is great for hikes on the foot of Table Mountain. Remember to take water (especially summer times) and enjoy:)

Child friendly, relaxed atmosphere. Have a bite to eat while the kids play in the park, or take your own picnic. A firm favourite for the kids are the Las Paletas ice lollies sold by the restaurant. The park is technically separate to the restaurant even though on the same property. So one can just visit the park without eating at the restaurant.

A nice little restaurant/coffee shop with a wonderful kids playpark that you look out on. The park is fenced, so kids can run around and you can drink your coffee with peace of mind.
