If you prefer little adrenaline, I suggest you try wind tunnel with simulation of free fall. Upfront reservation is recommended though.

HURRICANE FACTORY Prague is the only wind tunnel in the Czech Republic. It is a place where you can find out what it's like to fly and to float in the air and to feel the force of a hurricane.
