The best place to start in Canmore is on 8th Street, the retail heart of the town. Here, you'll find a wonderful assortment of restaurants, galleries, eclectic shops, and other key attractions.

You can find parking at Elevation Place which is a short walk to 8th street, or in one of the parking lots downtown. You will find most of the shopping on and around 8th street. Also many resturaunt choices.
