Ample grass areas. Miles of excellent walking/Biking paths with views. Adjacent to the Virgin River.

This park has a lot to offer families, and it is located 8 mins away. It has a splash pad, soccer fields, pickleball courts, nice playgrounds, a fishing pond, a bike trail system, and is located near the Virgin River.

Just 10 min from the townhouse, take the Hell Hole Virgin River trail system (paved trail) to Sullivan River Park! Park includes Pickelball courts, fishing pond, splash pads and more!
