The most popular restaurant of Veliko Tarnovo. Great food standard, despite it's constantly crowded the service is outstanding. The view from the terrace over the Yantra's valley is stunning. Reservation is for the best tables is required.

Bulgarian tourists who visit VT have a saying: "After Tsarevets fortress we visit Shtastlivetsa restaurant." Very tasty designed in french vintage style serving international and some gourmet dishes.
