Rent a tube for some rafting down Clear Creek. One of the best ways to explore the Clear Creek corridor. Or if getting wet is not your thing, rent an ebike to see more sites in Golden without having to pedal that hard. Great for museum or restaurant hopping.

Just past Hanover Park in downtown Golden, an exciting whitewater tubing adventure awaits! Each tube rental includes a commercial grade river tube with complimentary lifejacket and helmet. Walk along the picturesque Clear Creek path through Golden to various put-ins and float back to Adventure West’s tube stand right by the takeout. Rental: 2-3 hours - then pop across the street to The Golden Mill for sushi and a beer!

Not sure this is the best rental place, but there are a few in a Golden. Or buy some at Walmart or target before heading there (don’t forget a pump). But grab some tubes and head down for some river rafting. Best to go in late June and July .
