This upscale 'beef-stro' (our turn-of-phrase, thanks) specialises in locally-sourced seasoned meat, dry-aged on-site for at least twenty days. With an industrial interior offset by large timber tables, and featuring a vast open kitchen, Ed Red conveys the atmosphere of an NYC steakhouse, but the curt menu is built upon local Polish products and delicacies that change every three months. alongside a wide selection of wines. Though casual in style, the service is outstandingly professional, and everything from the tempting and creative culinary cocktails to the monogrammed cloth napkins reveals that this is a fully thought-out effort. We were positively impressed.

Meat temple :) Awesome steaks! My friend from USA said it was the best steak which he had ever eaten. Try also tartare steak (raw meat)
