Sandia Peak Tramway
The tram is a fun and beautiful adventure. There is an overpriced restaurant at the top of the tram that I haven't tried, but have heard mixed reviews. They do recommend reservations.

A wonderful way to get the vistas of Albuquerque. Go at sunset for the best experience. There’s also a restaurant at the the top called Ten300.
Plan to eat either at the bottom (Santiagos) or the top (Ten 3). If weather permits, the outside deck at Santiagos at sunset is really nice. Bring a jacket because it's cold at the top. Beautiful views of the city and the mountains, with a classy restaurant at the top. Also connects directly to the Sandia Peak ski slopes!
Ride the cable car from the bottom of the mountain to the top. Eat at the restaurant atop and take in the beautiful views at sunset.
