Must try local eateries, the Satay Celup. Satay celup or 'steamboat satay' is a dish where raw or semi-cooked meat and vegetables on skewers are dipped into a hot pot of thick, spicy peanut sauce.

The very famous satay celup in Melaka. Hands down to the king. They serve abalone sometimes. Be sure to go there early or prepare to queue! You may want to be in the halls of fame by consuming a tonne load of satay celup.. at a price...hehe. Good Luck !
