This is your classic Southern style Pho Bo, they will give you a hearty bowl with lots of fresh herbs. Our favourite is Pho Tai Bo Vien (medium cooked beef and beef balls)

One of the most well-known Phở spots in Saigon. Great portion and decent price.

The shop has been selling for a long time but it still tastes as good as ever. The broth is clear, has the sweet taste of beef bones. Add some onion, some pepper. Add in a bowl of rice noodles, coriander, basil, and vegetables. Large bowl of pho, lots of meat. Affectionate staff.
