Recently renovated, Sofia's oldest market is the perfect example for fusion between East and West - people selling fresh fruits and vegetables, midlle-eastern restaurants, stores and barbershops and roma people selling all sorts of stuff..

We recommend that you get savory - dipped or colorful salt, both of which are used in Bulgarian cuisine. Colorful salt is a very nice spice for white cheese and a toast with butter.
