Grøndal station is on the F line, only one stop from Flintholm Station, which gives you access to the Metro amongst other train lines. From Grøndal station you can also catch buss line 2A Kastrup st, which takes you to the city center/Copenhagen Central Station in less than 25 minutes.

S.train station (S-train line F). S-train line F brings you to Hellerup or Flintholm st. (from where you can take the metro to the city, Airport or Amager beach).
