We suggest typical tapas and where to eat them in he Tubo area: ... One of the most successful spanish tapas is croquetas... similar to the brittish croquettes, but the filling is not mash potato but became with chicken, bechamel with jamon serrano, bechanel with bacalao... We recommend the jamón croquette at the El Truco bar. And if you are brave, the caracoles (snail ) croquette. Also you can try our famous salmuera (brine anchovies). The anchovies have been cured for a while inside a barrel with salt and they are usually served with a garlic olive oil and vinegar vinaigrette... en Bodegas Almao. Another tapa is the mushroom in the Champi. A little further is Los Victorinos. There all the tapas are delicious. Finally, the Patatas Asadas ( roasted potatoes ) and Sardinas Plancha (sardines) from La Flor de la Sierra are also very good.
